    GENERAL CUSTOMERS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • How long will it take for an award to be completed?

    “Normal” production time is 1 day, larger quantities may require 7days. A “delivery date” will be confirmed with each order. Please be sure to inform us of your event date. Special “Rush” services are available on most items.

    • Can you deliver my order when it is complete?

    Yes, we can deliver to any part of the country and world at large. So, whether you need it delivered “down the street” or around the world, we’ll be able to accommodate.

    • Do you discount for organizations or for large quantities?

    Yes. Awards and ad specialties have certain “economies of scale” that allow for quantity discounts. Also, with our buying group affiliation we are able to pass along substantial savings to our customers.

    • Do you have a catalog that you can send out?

    We have catalogs available that cover the various markets and product lines that we design and produce.

    • Can we place the order for our awards over the phone?

    Yes. Most of our orders are taken by phone. Approval of designs and production are done via WhatsApp chats.

    • What are the requirements to start production?

    The major requirement is your write ups and logo, which we will design and send to you for necessary corrections. once confirmed good to go then the required payment made, your work will be ready as specified.

    • Where are you located, and where is the closest showroom? How do you get there?

    We have our headquarters in Lagos with show room  in Surulere precisely at 1 Gbaja street, suite 7, Gbaja shopping mall , opposite St. Anthony Catholic Church, Gbaja, Surulere, Lagos. We also  have our production, graphics, quality assurance and marketing department here in Lagos. We deliver from Lagos to any part of the country and beyond. Location and distance is not a barrier to us.

    • What if my awards are damaged or engraved incorrectly?

    In the event we make an error, we will replace the incorrect pieces(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. In the event that the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling of a name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible for a nominal fee. Regardless of the error we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for your presentation.

    • Can I return any items for a refund?

    We offer 100% money back guarantee on the awards that did not meet your standard.

    Yes. Given sufficient time and some quantity we can design, manufacture and deliver any type of custom product you could imagine on promotional product or award product and especially with our international partners
